Capozzi Design Build in Lakewood

Built for Lakewood's Older Homes

Much of Lakewood's housing was built before 1940, so kitchens often sit in small, closed-off rooms. Layout reconfiguration can open these spaces without losing the character that buyers and owners value.

Lakewood's narrow lots and multi-unit buildings limit where new cabinetry and plumbing can go. We plan each kitchen around existing wall locations, floor framing, and access to the home's original systems.

Accessible remodeling matters here too. Many Lakewood homes have stairs at the entry and first-floor bathrooms added later. Our aging-in-place and first-floor conversion work helps owners stay in homes they have long loved.

At a glance

  • 22 years of trusted local kitchen remodeler experience
  • Free written estimates with no obligation
  • Premium options most contractors don't carry — we explain the differences honestly
  • Responsive scheduling and clear communication from estimate to completion
